Customers may submit requests to our "Personal Information Consultation Desk" regarding the disclosure, etc., of their personal information (including requests for notification of the purpose of use of retained personal data; disclosure, correction, etc., of retained personal data; suspension of use, etc., or cessation of provision to third parties; or disclosure of records regarding provision to third parties). Upon receiving such a request, we will verify the identity of the requester and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
