Pricing
Whether property cash flow, corporate income, or bankruptcy dividends, Capital has experience dealing with every type of loan workout scenario. Once all data on the loan and the debtor are collected, Capital executes its valuation model to calculate a potential purchase price for each loan by estimating the future cash flow and disposition expenses. Capital then presents the valuation step-by-step in a “roll-up meeting” with the client before the final purchase price of the portfolio is determined by the client.
