Therefore, as the systems and procedures of the Group's regional offices are based on the Capital Servicing model, the rating for Capital Servicing may be viewed as a proxy for the other Capital Services Group servicing operations.
Capital Servicing Co., Ltd. has the highest issued Fitch special servicer rating in Asia of CSS1-. Capital Servicing is also highly rated as a commercial loan primary servicer and residential loan primary servicer by S&P, having been awarded ratings of “Above Average” with “Stable Outlook” in both fields.
