Japan Rankings

Capital Servicing Co., Ltd. was issued the highest possible ranking by Standard & Poor’s (S&P) of "Strong" as a special servicer in 2006 and assigned the highest issued Japan special servicer rating of "CSS1-" by Fitch in 2007. Capital Servicing has also received high rankings as a commercial loan primary servicer and residential loan primary servicer by S&P, having been assigned “Above Average” with “Stable Outlook” in both fields.
