Services are customized to each asset and typically include oversight of property managers, monthly reporting, property budget approvals, operating statement review, monthly lender waterfalls, insurance set-up and monitoring and ultimately the negotiation and disposition of the asset.

Capital provides added-value for investors thanks to a depth of experience in hotel operations, sales and marketing, finance, development and construction renovation. Capital manages hotel assets across Asia, working closely with hotel operators to manage ongoing cash flow, reconstruction projects and marketing. Capital's knowledge of construction management and procurement practices as well as a global network of qualified suppliers enables significant cost savings in construction and renovation projects.
