Capital comes of age as a truly independent servicer. As an independent servicer, third party commercial activities continues to increase Ratings upgraded. Capital is issued the highest possible Standard & Poor's rating (Strong / Stable Outlook) and the highest issued Fitch rating (CSS1-). No other special servicer is rated as highly by both Fitch and Standard & Poor's in Asia CAS (Thailand) receives successful rating from Fitch. This marks the first ever rating of a loan servicer in Thailand to be rated by Fitch or any other rating agency

Multiple upgrades and continued investment into SCORE (Servicing Company Operating and Reporting Engine), Capital's industry leading proprietary asset management system SCORE B.I., SCORE's integrated business intelligence tool introduced


2003-2006
Clear regional structure emerges, investment under management surge. Capital emerges as a leading Japan and regional servicer. 2000-2003
Asia assignments fuel regional expansion - diversification of assets in Japan gives glimpse of the future. 1997-2000
From vision to platform. Capital Servicing Co., Ltd. is established in Japan with expertise from US asset management firms. Capital Serving Co., Ltd. established in 1998 exclusively to service a major US investment bank's Japan NPL Portfolios. Utilizing the resources and personnel of US asset management firms and experienced local personnel, Capital provides an immediate foundation and a platform for future growth  Capital Serving Co., Ltd. obtained servicer license no.23 for commercial loan servicing from the Japanese Ministry of Justice in September 1999 Began commercial operations in September 1999
