Founded in 2000, Capital Advisory Services (CAS) is a member of the Capital Services Group, a specialist provider of loan and real estate asset management services. CAS is the largest of Capital's operations outside Japan and quickly established itself as a leading loan and real estate asset management company in Thailand.

CAS provides a full range of services to real estate lenders and investors. An experienced team of over 80 professionals is dedicated to enhancing the value of client investments throughout Thailand. CAS's primary business lines are residential and commercial non-performing loan asset management. To support these businesses CAS employs a team of seasoned loan asset managers and real estate sales & marketing professionals. Through its highly successful real estate marketing operation, "Property Choice", CAS has sold over 2,000 Thai residential properties over the last two years. 

On 28th July 2008, Fitch Ratings upgraded Capital Advisory Services' residential mortgage loan special servicer rating to a strong rating of RSS2 (Residential Special Servicer: Highest = 1, lowest = 5). CAS is the first and still the only servicer in Thailand to be rated.

Fitch reported that “the rating reflects CAS's experienced and stable senior and middle management, advanced and efficient computer systems, and strong managerial support and oversight from its parent, Capital Services Holding Corporation (CSHC) and other group companies.”

The CAS team utilizes the Capital Services Group's state-of the-art systems and well-defined policies & procedures. Strategic to the company's operations is SCORE (Servicing Company Operating and Reporting Engine): the Group's web-based proprietary asset management and performing loan system, featuring multi-lingual and multi-currency capabilities. This system centrally warehouses all asset information across countries and business products, providing accurate, timely and consistent reporting.
